Ansar smile rewards aim to provide benefits to a customer who has to subscribe to the Ansar smile loyalty.
Loyalty holders will get special notifications or SMS about hot offers, special discounts, and much more.
1 Point on Supermarket, Electronics, Laptops & Mobiles , Household, Home linen, Bags, Textile, Cosmetics, Fashion, Footwear (Gents /Ladies/ Kids/ Newborn), Perfume, Ansar Price, Eyewear, Watches, Accessories, Abaya, Sports, Home & Office Furniture, Carpet, Lights, Toys, Baby walker, Stationary, Curtain & Wallpaper....etc.
- During the Promotion period, the earning points will be half.
- 5 AED = 1 point
- For every Dirham spent with Ansar Group, loyalty holder will achieve some points.
- 500 Points = AED 25/- Gift Voucher
Terms & Conditions
- Replacement and Returns Policy applies according to the provisions of the consumer protection act of United Arab Emirates
- Loyalty points cannot be used towards purchase of any type of Gift Card.
- Loyalty Users cannot add money to their user account; it is a promotional Loyalty program and it’s not a debit or credit card value.
- Ansar Smile reserve the right to immediately suspend and/or close any member's account, for any reason as follows:
- If we reasonably believe that these terms and conditions have been breached.
- If there is any theft from or misconduct.
- If the member supplies false or misleading information.
- Member can close his/her account at any time by notifying us.
- An account is closed by us or the member, the right to redeem points from that account is lost.
- All purchases made in full or part via loyalty points cannot be refunded. These items can only be exchanged for items of an equal amount. There can be no refund of points and or money on a transaction involving Loyalty Cards.
- Account information will only be available to Loyalty Users online account. We will correct an account if it is shown to our reasonable satisfaction to be incorrect, our decision is final.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
- Ansar Loyalty accounts points will be null if it’s not used within 1 year.
- The Users are responsible for the security of their account. If a user thinks that an unauthorized person has become aware of any security code, password or account number, they should contact us immediately; or mail on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Ansar Smile is not responsible for any unauthorized use of points.
- Ansar Smile reserves the right to make changes of these terms and conditions after inform the Smile members the amendment not later than 30 days.
- Registration and use of ansar Smile application, which is, approved from the customer on all terms and conditions of using ansar Smile application under the applicable law in the United Arab Emirates.
- A minimum of 500points required for the points redemption.
- Points will be expired after 1 year from the date of purchase made on.
